Service Details

Cremation will be conducted and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church, 215 N. Main St, Three Rivers, MI 4909 with Pastor Derl Keefer officiating. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to services.


Obituary Notice
Sue Ann Rigdon, age 70, of Three Rivers passed way on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Three Rivers Hospital.  She was born on June 6, 1947 in South Bend, IN the daughter of Alonzo D. and Lila (Phebus) Hunt.

Sue graduated from Dowagiac Union High School class of 1965. Soon after she was united in marriage to Larry Rigdon in 1968. Sue began work for WLKM Radio Station of Three Rivers for many years and then went to work for the City of Three Rivers for over twelve years before retiring.  She and Larry were both faithful members of First United Methodist Church of Three Rivers where she also belonged to the United Methodist Women and Three Rivers Women’s Club.

Sue was preceded in death by her mother in 2017 and her father in 1982.  She leaves to cherish her memory, husband of forty-nine years Larry Rigdon of Three Rivers and sister, Alona (Edwin) Bachman of Niles, MI.



   Memorial donations in memory of Sue may be directed to St. Joseph County Animal Rescue Fund.  Envelopes available at Hohner Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
